FIN Stack 4.0 End User Series: Schedules

Our fourth video in the FIN Stack 4.0 End User Series goes over how to utilize the powerful Schedules App as an End User on desktop and a mobile browser client.

In a previous video, we showed you how to display scheduled point data using the Point Graphics app. Just like the the previous features we’ve highlighted in this series, you simply navigate to the context you are interested in and you can access related apps using the magic bubbles. When the equipment has a point that is bound to a schedule, you will automatically see information about the schedule and magic bubble will appear to take you to the schedule app. With the schedule app, you will be able to do the following things:

  • See exactly what schedule is bound to the point
  • Add and modify the weekly schedule
  • Add and modify special events and holidays that override the weekly schedule
  • View all the points that are currently bound to that schedule
  • Highlight and move points between schedules

The greatest part of using the schedule app is being able to modify which points link to which schedules without any complicated programing tools. It’s simply a few clicks to make the change.

Now that we’ve given you a rundown, check out the video to see for yourself how the Schedules App makes it easy to manage your facility from your desktop or mobile device.
