We are aware of an ongoing issue that exists when using FIN and the Safari browser client on Apple mobile devices (iPhone or iPad) and on desktop browsers when using the Safari client. (Note the Chrome browser app on Apple mobile devices is technically the Safari client and presents the same issue). We have been able to identify that the root cause is a bug in the Safari browser and have therefore created a case directly with Apple and provided debug info for resolution. We will continue to work diligently with them to help get this resolved quickly. It is important to understand that this issue is limited to Safari, so using FIN with the Chrome browser clients work fine on Android devices and Chrome on desktops (Windows OS and iOS).
