OEM Channel Sales Manager - U.S.

Your job - challenging and future oriented

  • Be a Star in selling the FIN framework.
  • Sell our building and IoT related FIN software to small and large OEMs, system integrators, resellers, installers and major end users.
  • Sales to larger OEMs requires systematic identification, prioritization, intense collaboration and deal closure with major corporations.
  • Have a good balance between CxO level selling skills and technical know-how is required.
  • Systematic funnel management, creation of a sales toolbox and strong leadership are key to success.
  • In-depth collaboration with Product Management and our development team is required to feedback customer and market requirements and support in shaping the future roadmap of our organization.
  • Be ready to travel to build relationships with your customers and educate the world about FIN.

Your qualifications

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred but not required.
  • Experience selling, promoting, supporting both middleware and APIs is preferred
  • Experience in infrastructure development including; building automation, energy, transportation, telecommunications, data centers, industrial, healthcare and smart cities could give you a head start.
  • Experience in CxO and technology sales, as it is the core of the job.
  • Leadership experience required, ideally gained in Sales, Business Development, or Product Management.
  • A strong entrepreneurial drive means you always strive for the best outcome, take risks and manage your scope of responsibility. proactively, you are a self-reliant person.

Senior Sales Support - Europe

Your job – challenging and future oriented

  • Be a Star in FIN software framework.
  • Holistic support in sales of our building and IoT related FIN software to small and large OEMs, system integrators, resellers, installers and major end-customers.
  • Support sales to larger OEMs that require a high level of customer proximity and end-to-end support including training (focus on train the trainer), daily operational support, support in product customization (in collaboration with J2 professional services team) and support in very large jobs.
  • As a start-up, many processes and the general way-of-working still have to be shaped: Therefore, you are also required to create a sales support toolbox jointly with your US colleagues including a clear split into free-of-charge and paid customer services.
  • In-depth collaboration with Sales but also Product Management and R&D required to feedback customer and market requirements and support in shaping the future roadmap of our organization.
  • Regular business travels required as you will be supporting OEMs throughout Europe, both from the office but also on-site

Your qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in building technology and/or automation may give you a head start.
  • You are a digital native. An affinity for software and IoT technologies is clearly visible on your CV.
  • Experience in OEM customer support.
  • Strong communication skills - addressing different levels.
  • A winning personality able to collaborate effectively in global teams and exercise influence in intercultural environments.
